ANASTASIA & LAURA

Love & Gatherings had to deal with two brides at our wedding and they made what some consider to be a daunting and stressful day into the most joyous weekend we have ever had. Kate realised what was important to us and made it happen.

Two Vivacious Brides & almost as Vibrant a Wedding Palette

Disco-tastic Nuptials in a very Sunny Wicklow

From the moment I first spoke with Anastasia and Laura, I knew their wedding was going to be right up our alley. They wanted a day that felt like an extension of who they are together – relaxed, joyful and a little bit wild around the edges, with their favourite people at the heart of it all. My role was to shape all of that energy and intention into a celebration that felt effortless, but was meticulously considered behind the scenes.

We leaned into the incredible Wicklow landscape, allowing the hills and changing Irish light to frame the day. The design direction was laidback but elevated: long, laughter-filled tables, unstructured florals and a palette that felt both earthy and vibrant. Every detail, from the ceremony setting to the late-night dance floor, was crafted to feel welcoming and inclusive – a place where their guests could truly let go.
